My buddy just picked up a Ruger #1 that came with some really tall rings, too tall for the scope he wants to mount on it. We would like to trade these for some lower rings.
Both rings are the same height for the #1, correct? I don't know much about these rifles. Here are some pictures of what we have.
Also, anybody know if someone makes a filler piece for the rear sight dovetail? The rear sight is missing on this one.
