People still phone in orders?

I had a had a couple of questions, and I typically order when I have them on the horn, Midway or anybody for that matter.
Some companies that you have a store credit won't let you apply the credit online, phone only.
Also, I get flagged a lot with new companies because my shipping and physical address don't match on credit card purchases, and has to be cleared on the phone.
