I let my wife use my Mike Miller fillet/boning knife and now it resides permanently in the kitchen. It is her favourite knife. I never get to use it.
+1000 My Menefee "boners" and Howe fillet showed, and immediately went into the vault. This is where they will remain until processing time. The chores will be done, then back in they will go. If I owned that knife, it would reside right there with the rest of them!
