Be cautious of buying ANY Sigma lens. I bought two for my Canon EOS bodies about 12 years ago and recently decided to sell them both and put them on my newer 50D bodies to make sure they still worked, and they did not.
I contacted Sigma and they said they would be happy to sell me new lens. I asked them if they guaranteed they would work on Canon bodies I might buy in the next ten years and they said no.
$1,500 worth of Sigma lens turned into very expensive paperweights because they were even listed on Ebay with a $1 opening bid and they never sold.
