I v had a Ruger 10-22T rifle since it first came out. Tuned up the trigger, put a thumbhole glass bedded stock on it, and a Burris 6X target AO scope . I have four magazines which were loaded with Winchester 22 LR HP PP ammo before I headed to the prairie dog pasture. With the rifle sited in at 60 yards I have shot a bunch of prairie dog pups within about 75 yards with my 10-22 T rifle . Back then I would also use a Kimber 82 22 WMR for shots out to about 125 yards using Winchester 40 Gr HP ammo. Both are fine accurate rifles but after getting Cooper 57 M LVT 17 HMR and 17 HM2 rifles the Ruger and Kimber rifles stays at home when I go prairie dog pup shooting.
