After getting my M70 Super Grade in 264WM, I started load development with 7828 (not SSC). Disappointing both from a velocity and accuracy perspective. Had a retired gunsmith tell me that 7828 was the "264WM powder," but I doubt they had 7828 in the late 50's/early 60's when the 264 came out. (Wasn't 4350 the slowest powder back then??)
Anyhoo, I finally found some Re-33 and love it in the 264.
