I am going to shoot a buddies rifle he uses for team usa on Saturday. It is a Stolle 308. He is also bringing his 338 Lapua and a 30/378 ultralight. By your logic I won't notice a difference when I shoot them at 1k yards. I hope your right:)
Better yet,I will not feel a thing!!!I find the true test is to put the butt of the stock against your forehead instead of your shoulder.It is much more sensitive and you will be able to readily detect any difference in recoil.Let me know how that turns out!!!
