What's the problem with: "A big splash effect?"

The BC of the Nosler 120 Ballistic Tip is .417 which is not bad.

I am trying to argue that the bullet is OK as it's about all that a 1-12" twisted 7mm RM I just got will shoot. So far the 110X bullet is not consistent and it's BC is only .319!
