Flat rate boxes are all priority, and ship at the same rate domestically.
Priority to AK for a 3lb package sent in a regular box is $15.10
Standard post ( the old parcel post ) is $12.98
$400 insurance is of course the same: $8.60
I'll do a small flat rate box if the action will fit to AK, Resume Speed Iowa, or anywhere in between......
