Hard cast Cowboy Action RNFP bullets. Here is a search and results on CAS bullets. I use the 125 grain bullets from Missouri Bullet co. , here is the one I like:
http://www.missouribullet.com/details.php?prodId=163&category=5&secondary=17&keywords=I load the 125 grain RNFP over 6 grains of Unique or 5 grains of Bullseye fired by Winchester or CCI Small Pistol primers for right at 1,000-1,025 fps out of a 3" barrel revolver. They are actually a touch too fast for CAS but I don't compete any more and I like shooting that load.
