I purchased a used set of Sako Optilock ring mounts, not the separate mount and ring arrangement, for my AII.
Fitted them correctly to the rifle, taper of the mounts is correctly matched to the taper of the rifle dovetail.
When finished, the rear mount attaching screw is on the right hand side, while on the forward mount, the screw is on the left hand side.
Every other set of Optilocks I've ever seen the screws are on the same side.
Anyone else come across a similar arrangement ?
