I just bought an Ugartechea falcon 20 ga from Cabelas. It's going back Mon. but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what is wrong. You can fire either barrel fine but if you fire both barrels one at a time, it won't open. It has done this twice now and I opened it by removing the forearm and manually cocking the hammer springs. Once cocked, it opened easily.
I've shot 50 rounds through it alternating between barrels with an empty on the other barrel and with loaded shell in the other barrel. When each barrel is fired without reloading, it will not open.
The lever moves freely and with appropriate pressure. I assume the firing pins are stuck but primers are not pierced.
