Back to the drawing board.
I just can't seem to get the 165 nbt and RL 17 to group under 2" at100 yrds.
I tried both standard and magnum primers from CCI, Winchester, Remington, and Federal.
I worked up from 66 grains to 68 grains.....
Anyone with some pet data for IMR 4350 or 4831?
