Ain't no such thing as too much eye relief. Set it where you like it at the lowest magnification. That is where the scope should be set 99% of the time and where it will be when you have to make a fast shot.

If you have to slide your cheek up the stock a fraction of an inch when on higher magnification it is OK. Those are the shots where you have plenty of time to set up before pulling the trigger.


Most people don't really want the truth.
