Seriously though, the recent trooper shooting the guy going for his license/registration. To me it seemed like the trooper was very excited, and the motorist was moving fast, trying to comply.
It went sideways.
The motorist didn't seem to rate getting shot.
The trooper probably isn't cut out for this line of work.
