I still (reluctantly) own 2 FF2s. Both have lighted reticles and I paid $600 OTD for 3 of them. They are cerakoted white and reside on snow rifles. More specifically, predator rifles. A 243 and 22 mag respectively.
That said, I have broken 3 of them. I won't ever buy another or put one on a hard kicking rifle. BTDT.
I do like the new VX1s. Have 3 of them now. They are a bit better than the Revolutions IMO. But the latter still remains a solid value IMO.
The Weaver Classics are also an extremely good value. They are hella durable IME, and the glass is easily best in it's price range. Better than any FF2 IMO.
In short, skip the Burris, get one of the others......
