friend gave me 2 full boxes of these vintage Remington / UMC .257's, 100gr "Roberts Mush" .....relatively short for weight, with sizable HP.

Gonna load these in an old .250/3000 with 1-14" twist and see how they stabilize....then go shoot deer & pigs and all sorts of stuff.

wonder what sorta date might be attached to these?

also have a few other boxes of Remington bullets with handwritten labels on them, red box as i recall, and some 32/20's at home....will get pix of those.

anyone ever played with oldtimers like these before?
