I used the .308 180-grain Scirocco Is and IIs in my .300 Weatherby for a while, and I didn't find much difference in the way they shot. Neither did I see any significant difference in terminal performance. I only used them on elk, and only took two average bulls, so it was not a large sample. Since the Weatherby had a lot of freebore, I loaded them as long as they would reliably cycle from the magazine. Both were legitimate sub-MOA bullets in my rifle.
