The 63 gr SMP is the heaviest bullet that will stabilize in my 220 (with a 1in 14). It is apparently just short enough to work. Shoots very accurately.
if you want heavier, try the 70 grain SMP Speer...it will stabilize in a one in 14 twist also...at least in the 22.250s I have owned so twisted...
my favorite 22 caliber bullet for deer, followed by the mentioned 63 grain SMP from Sierra
