Or, the kid is detained and then expelled for breach of the "zero tolerance" rules on weapons on school grounds and the parents are then prosecuted in the PRK for improper storage of a firearm, leading to felony convictions for each of them, loss of jobs and income potential, and the kid becomes a ward of the state.
Forget expelled.. parents are jailed, but kid is tried as an adult under zero tolerance and jailed for 5 years as well.
