I remember reading about your bullpup in "88", and always wanted to find one. I recently came into one with a 1903 springfield 06 in it. It looks like a commercial stock. Did you ever hear of a stock maker building these for the general public? (Richards Microfit, Reinhart Fajen, ect?)
