Truth is, I have a hankerin' to try a Redfield Revenge with accuplex designed for sabots. It is geared towards a .45 bullet, 250 gr., @ 2200 fps. 450 BM numbers prezactly. I know some have used Nikon slughunter scopes as well. And figure the Leupold muzzleloader scope would work as well. But the Redfield also ranges to 600 yds.

Such BDC scopes are normally not my cup of tea, but feel like trying something different for a change.

The 450 would be great on hogs/black bear as well IMO. It sounds like a lot of fun. But deer to 300 yds is my first priority...
