Personally, I don't think he's way out of line. If you've ever looked for a good 270 fwt, you will know exactly what I'm talking about. Yes, there's killer deals out there. If you are willing to wait it out. Good luck on finding a really nice 270 fwt for under $1,300.00. One thing I've noticed about the 270's, is most of them got used hard, kind of like the 375's and 338's. Guys bought these in particular with full intent on using them. I guess we'll see if he gets any bids on the rifle. That will tell us if it is priced too high. If it were me, I'd probably pull the scope and rings. Sell them on ebay, pull the stock and sell it on ebay, and slap it in a nice brown McMillan
