Well the stock issue is an easy fix. There are stocks out there and they're not expensive. And if it's an '06 then plain grain black walnut is correct, which is cheap so nothing to sweat there. Looks like it's well rusted, so a clean up with steel wool will do wonders. the action bar cover plate seems to be missing, and I really don't know how common those are, but I can't imagine it's actually unobtanium; even a Rossi part would work. Of course, it wouldn't be too hard of a part to make. God only knows what the bore looks like though.
The '06 is a takedown, so it's easy to clean up all the internals.
