I looked at the Mat-su list, either too expensive or too remote for me. Seems like the best bet is looking for land on the open market as the prices are the same, but more accessible lots show up now and again.


That depends, the lot we are looking at is a couple of lots up from one that is for sale on Craigslist and they are asking double what they paid for it. All we need to do is be the first accepted application into the mat Su and the lot would be ours.
