Don't mind him, he's just butt-hurt for some reason. I'm not sure why though- I've never done anything to offend or attack him. Maybe he's just jealous because I hardly ever have to clean my barrels???
And OP, I'd echo what the other posters have said. I've seen neither a velocity gain nor loss, but I have seen chronographs give varying readings depending on light conditions.
