Presses accumulate a lot grit from depriming, an occasional cleaning and lube does wonders. I use Ponsness Warren's STOS lube on mine, it works great and a small jar lasts a long time. I am still using some from the two jars I got at PW's booth at the 1980 Grand American trap shoot.
