No read it more closely. It is about retaliation against a whistleblower exposing corruption and attempts to suppress exposure of the scientific fraud occurring, not the underlying issue.

Scientists need to stick to objective science. Leave policy to the elected officials to decide based on honest and objective science.





Of course there is rampant corruption throughout .gov. Dave Skinner has a point on this one, to a point.

That said, the most objective and accurate science possible could be delivered to "policy makers" today, as you suggest. Do any of us really believe that it would result in objective, scientifically based policy or law given what we have in Congress and agencies to decide those policies and laws?

I, for one, do not.

We can at this point, in truth, trust no level or branch of the government.
