I looks like the second one without the band..Mine has factory sling swivles..of course they don't swivle the front one holds the forearm on..my dad said it came like that but nobosy ever put a sling on it.....
serial number is 3853XX no checkering..

nother question is the barrel band a desired feature??
I know where a .30-30 99 is with a barrel band thats in excellent condition..for $499.00 is that reasonable??
