I couldn't care less. If I could kick out the DSMFs that have no permanent stake or long-term future here, I would.

I'd probably start with the fahq n WA & OR based commercial draggers that are raping our ocean and killing off our resources.

Jay Hammond also seen it that way. That we would be best served with a small population. One of his concerns was having the permanent fund be an attraction for people to come flooding up here.
