I have the 12 gauge version and its very similar to a Benelli M2. I would go to a store that sells benelli's because they usually stock the Franchis too.
Mine has not missed a beat since I bought it last fall. Its my plastic stocked duck gun, occasional grouse gun, and "loaner" at my work trap league. I contemplated buying the 20 gauge for my wife if she shot more.
Watch some youtube videos on it and assembly / dis-assembly to decide what auto to buy.
