"Extra Fancy" is an option. They do talk about English & Circassian on their site - "quote needed".
Though Turk walnut isn't exactly traditional for a Sharps, even a 77, English might be cool
I've eyed the 77 a couple times, and priced one out. Definitely an heirloom piece.
The action is lighter. Might be a neat hunting rifle in .38-55, 26" std 1/2 octagon. Not traditional, but still neat.
