UPDATE:
I got the bear back, frozen and untouched.
No deposit though, got the times are tough story.....
Spent my money no problem, will get it back to me in time.
I dropped it off the following day to the good taxidermist.
He said he would help me out with recovering my deposit...
Glad I got the bear back........
