Early this year I purchased a very nice 1950 (but not all original - has recoil pad) 300 Savage 99EG with a 1" Stith and early Weaver K4. Since then, I've been on the lookout for an original 99EG to go with the Stith/K4. I think I just found it. I may have paid a little too much for it. Hope it makes the grade.
