I owned two different 45/70's and one 450, all with the "JM" stamped barrels. I'll never own another. Feeding issues with all of them.
I do plan on buying a "Remlin" some day when I find a nice example in a store that I can inspect in person before buying it.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
