But I dunno if it's really over-over... read an article in the paper today that had experts saying it's gonna take a couple years of normal to above-normal rainfall to bring groundwater up to normal, and its gonna have to keep on as it as a while longer to fill up the really low lakes like Buchanan.

But here in the trans-Pecos it's ridiculous... we're actually seeing the color green here for the first time since I first came here 6 years ago. And there's grass at the low spot at the local gun range high enough that you can't use the target stands on one end of the 200-yard berm.

It's raining again right now as I type this, and another week of the same at least is forecast.
