I got the chance to shoot one today. Felt recoil was minimal with 38s, with 357s there was more of a blast without the flip.. It had a different feel and handling characteristics, like you would expect. Would I ever buy one, ah nope.

They're basically a Mateba without the automatic-rotation of the cylinder…..the Mateba is by far the coolest revolver……make that handgun….check, make that firearm of any sort, that I've ever fired. Shooting a semiautomatic revolver is just a unique experience. The recoil pulse of the Rhino is very different from "normal' revolvers…..more of a straight back push versus a muzzle flip……it's flatter than other revolvers its size……it's ugly, but cool-ugly like a Douglas AC47 Spooky, ugly but cool. I don't know that I'd carry one for defense, but I'd like to have one to play with.
