Empower an Article 5 convention. Enact new laws as a result. Let the feds defy those, and at least then the blinders will be removed from all and we will at least see our chains for what they are.

you capitalized it, so it saved me the trouble, that's where you're wrong, the MAJORITY of your friends and people you respect fume over it.

This country will then be doomed to repeat what other socialist countries have failed at but it seems like we too must repeat the failure of something for nothing.

I think you're putting too fine an edge on this decision. Our democracy was sold out when SCOTUS gave the Citizens United & McCutcheon decisions...this is table scraps in comparison to those.

It is disgusting the way this president has perverted the laws, traditions, and Constitution.

Will there be enough voters to deny the Clinton Crime Syndicate the White House, or will the Sheeple vote again for flowery phrases and empty promises?

The sad fact is our Country has run it's 200 year course and it's government is " too big too fail". We are seeing the tail end of a great run by a Country started by a people who were tired of being taxed to death and not allowed the Liberties that the Good Lord allows us. Now here we are arguing over essentially the same stuff from within. We have allowed the King back at the Command center and it happen slowly over time. Being with the Social Security act and all FDR's New Deal crap, all they way to the ACA. The reason it seems that every new act hurts more is because we are now at the top of the pile of crap heaped on us and there is no extra to keep giving.
Socialism pretty much where we are and soon our debt load to places like China and such will have our Government begging for help like the Greeks are doing now..... Sad but it is now about unstoppable.
An article 5 Convention would just accelerate Socialism and make the End come sooner. It is plausible that in an Article 5 Convention all basic freedoms would get scrapped and all the new laws would be enacted to "SAVE THE CHILDREN AND THE LESS FORTUNATE"
Short of some kind of 3 way split( Each coast and the middle all go their own routes government wise) this Country will continue down the path to where Greece and Spain live now. Begging for money to keep the government running just to Tax the hell out of anyone who still is able to make some money on their own.. Sounds fun ,huh!!!

As Rush said, Roberts interpreted what he thought the creators of the aca meant to accomplish with the law.

Now, how long untill he interprets what he thinks the 2A creators meant?

I guarantee you that one year from today there will be members here urging us to vote for the R candidate lest we allow a D POTUS to nominate Liberals to the SCOTUS.

And they will be sincere in their beliefs.

Stupid sons of bitches.

Strange how the Justices nominated by Democrat Presidents stay 100% liberal until their dying breaths, but the ones put on the bench by Republicans often go wobbly on us. Almost like it is planned or something.

Roberts seemed to be a straight shooter until Obama got in office, then he made some decisions that seem to be polar opposite of his track record.

I wonder what Obama has on Roberts that is so Big, Roberts is willing to make himself the laughing stock of the Judicial community. Would truly love to know.

There are only two things more stupid, encourage folks to vote demoncrap or stay home.

Roberts is a traitor. He may be a blackmailed traitor, but a traitor none the less.

We may know the time Ben Carson lied, but does anyone know the time Hillary Clinton told the truth?

It is not an Affordable Anything Act. It's a tax. The Black man in The White House doesn't care about America nor any of its citizens, including the black ones. He is a politician doing what politicians do.

I figure it's a promise made by Mooochelle to select Roberts as her VP running mate when she takes the 2024 elections.

God help us all!
