Electricity went off,....stayed off for a couple of hours.
My brand new half gallon of ice cream was getting mushy so I decided to transfer it to the big freezer in the basement.
Tripped down the stairs in the dark.
Knee feels like hell.

Put a bowl of ice cream on that knee to keep the swelling down.
Repeat as needed.

I would have sat at the bottom of the stairs and ate the entire container to ease the pain. I'm sitting here right now eating Maraschino Cherry/Vanilla in a sugar cone... Diabetes be damned, some things are more important

Didn't really hurt *all* that bad when I did it, but it was obviously one of those things that was gonna feel worse tomorrow,...and it does.
I don't think anything is torn loose in there,....just stretched it more than it's supposed to stretch.
I'm hoping, anyway. That knee was kinda messed up, anyway. I didn't do it any favors.

Sorry about you hurting your knees, hope you don't suffer too much. Blue Bell is the best, my favorite flavour is the same as Mickeys', "Southern Hospitality".
