My groups got considerably smaller when I started weighing my BH209 and switched to Win 209s.

That would be 2 very easy and cheap things to try and see what happens.

i did the weight/volume thing. I didn't think less than 2 grains per volume charge was a huge deal. I go strictly by volume now.
