Big knives versus smaller knives for combat? #10228582 08/02/15

OP HE112 Campfire Regular H Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 631	I was looking at my Bowie knife yesterday versus my KA-Bar military knife and the Bowie knife is really just too heavy and cumbersome for knife fighting. It was like comparing a semi-truck to a Ferrari in speed and agility. Has anyone really used such a large knife in battle/bar room brawls in any number beyond old West lore?
