scroll down to photo #4 & #6. Looks like something is up with the sight mounting screws?

The furthest forward is the factory sight mounting hole, at the very least missing it's "plug screw".

The next (smaller) one aft is the sear spring screw hole

Most of the period setups used a longer tang screw for the rear sight hole, so the little feature just forward of it is likely the work of some bygone artisan.
