What do you guys think of them? I am looking at getting one since the grandsons are staying over more. I looked online at one that had slots on the top that you put your fingers in to key in the code, And one that works off of your finger print. What do you think? tom

I like the code ones, and you set the code. Just bolt it down somewhere.

Being in law enforcement, I am always coming or going with a gun on, guns out and keep guns for the wife in case one of my past clients decides to come over. I have three different makes of case and they work very well. When I come home from work I have one bolted down in the closet and just put the duty gun and back up in that box and hang my belt from clothes rod. By the front door and by the bed are boxes for the wife, all with the same combo and all with an audible push button set up, so if the kid or his friends were messing with it, we could tell. Keeps the wife and kid safe and me peace of mind. Ryan

I have two of the Mini Vaults (fingerpad), a Deluxe (light inside) one-holer, and a Standard two-holer. I don't think the quality of the keypad is as good on the newer one, but it works, although the newer one seems to go through batteries faster. If I needed another, I'd probably buy the same kind, as I'm used to the keypad. The two-holer will actually fit three or four pistols if you take out the shelf and stand them up.
