PSE Fang, now what 20-inch arrows or bolt whichever one chooses to call them and what weight broadhead should I use? Crossbow is rated at 345 FPS. Will replace the scope with a Nikon Bolt.

I use a 20" bolt with 100gr Rage mechanical broad heads. Rage has a 2" cut and are badass. They're expensive, about $35.00 for 3, so I get'em with my Cabela's points. If I run out, I just use a 1gr 3 blade Muzzy. Get'ya some lighted knocks. They're really cool. I use Tracers.
Other than that, I don't know much about cross bows. I've only had mine for 2 seasons.

Black Eagle Executioners are very good arrows, but there are many that work just fine. When you get to the higher speed xbows, it sort of weeds out the average arrows. For your xbow, GT L2s or the various CE arrows would probably be fine.
When it comes to fixed broadheads, you have to be a little picky as xbows are not really tunable like verticals. Low pro heads from top brands typically do well, IE Slick Trick or the like. As far as mechanicals go, many are suitable. The NAP Spitfire is one of the more popular with xbow shooters.
Just so you are aware, don't expect the aiming dots to be even yardages on fixed power scopes. You really need to run a variable or speed adjustable scope to perfectly match your chosen arrows trajectory at even yardages(20-30-40...).
The Nikon Bolt scope is designed just for crossbows. . I have a bunch of 85 gr Thunderheads but thinking they may be on the light side for crossbows. I purchased the Victory Carbon X-Bolt 20 inch.
Any good 100 or 125 grain broadhead will work fine. As mentioned, Slick Tricks are favored by many for fixed blade. NAP Killzone and Spitfires, Swhacker, and any number of other mechanicals see a lot of use.
TAG! I have never used any crossbow but have been looking for one to try this year that is not $1000 plus bucks! This might be the one I need. Post what you like or dis like about it please. AMRA
I'm getting everything together and then will try and see how it does. I'm waiting on the Nikon Bolt Scope to finish setting it up. The scope that came with it would work but just to cheap for my taste. I will have everything by the middle of next week.

My son got the Mission archery MXB-360 it is a very impressive piece of technology. shoots the bolts with 125 grain broad head at about 360fps
Draw weight is 165 lb and he can easily cock it with the rope device that comes with the crossbow. The bow weighs 6.55 lbs and came with a good scope, quiver and 3 bolts.
He wants to order the new bolts with luminock ends on them.
He took his 2015 bear with it at 15 yards last week. 5'6" color phase bear that weighed 274 lbs. He was pumped !
