This is a gift horse buying opportunity. Don't sell the ranch but put in every investment dollar you have. Right now. The Board of Governors are in Jackson Hole this week searching for the time to announce a rate increase. Its been 0% for about 7 years. GDP +3.7%, inflation low, oil low, some tepid job growth - they may put if off 'til December? My home is the "sanctuary residence" for my firearms.

Very low fees and easy to do business with. I've been with Vanguard for 30+ years and am enjoying life in the "Land of Critical Mass".
