Taco says the 243 is too anemic/anaemic, however you spell it. And the Creed is only good for prairie dogs. That leaves only the 7/08, I reckon.

Obviously think it is a great choice for 700 yards. What about 1000? Or 1200? Or why stop there if you're accurate enough, like you said. How about 2000 yards? I like the 243, but not for 700 yards on elk
