been loading 223 for years and now all of sudden had 2 ar blow up. cracked recevers. nothing changed. using tact and hornady 55gr. cant double charge and light load arround 2750 fps. any ideas?

I'd like to see pictures of the damage. A light load of 2750fps is below starting loads in the Ramshot manual.
The first thing that enters my mind is the wrong powder.
You blew up two AR's? Wasn't one kaboom enough to look for the cause before you continued to shoot?

found out both guns fired out of battery both were very dirty army shop said this is not ammo trouble nasty bolt to blame
