I thought you had one.... Or maybe it was a classic in a hunters compact....
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

A classic in a Hunters compact.....caliber is 7mm Mashburn.
I may pick up a New Haven classic compact in .308

That's right. I'd love to see a classic compact in a hunters compact with edge fill. Should make for an extremely versatile rig. Nice and lightweight and handy too...

Yes, it was a super handy package for me! Doug, yours will probably suck though... a lot. So give me a call when you realize what a terrible mistake you have made and want to unload it

Utah 708 comes to mind..... If TDN does't have pics, no one does.....He's had about every damn configuration I can think of....

Haha No pic, but if you just find a pic of a Fwt in an EDGE and think of it w/ 2" less barrel. That stock works well with a 20" barrel. With a 308 hole in that tube, it definitely won't be muzzle heavy but with some aluminum bottom metal and maybe even a Kebco pad, it should feel really nice in the hands.
