Haven't heard much from bow hunting buddies, was wondering how 'Fire bow hunters are doing in the Hoosier state. Lots of places they haven't harvested the corn yet making it tough to get in the woods where I hunt, starts right behind the house and it is a long ride on the four wheeler to get to our stands.

Been warm dry and windy here in southern Indiana making it hard to hunt not to mention most of the corn around me hasn't been harvested yet..

Same conditions in northern Brown County where I do most of my deer hunting. The BIL has been bowhunting since the season opened, going out 3-4x a week and has only seen one deer. Trail cams are not showing nearly as many deer as last year. Hope things improve for the firearms season as I have been drawn for a State Park Deer Reduction hunt again this year.

Made it out ONE morning, killed a young doe & came home! Just been too dang busy to hunt.
