...LCR owner...which is the last thing I expected to be...

Don't like plastic, never carry a snubbie but a few friends have them and in handling them really like the trigger pull over the S&W Js...

A couple of months ago was at friend's house who had just picked up one of the new 9mms... Was very impressed.

Friday I was down at a big gun shop near home and spied two 9mm LCRs in the used gun case. Both were LNIB...one was unfired...$500.00....the other looked like it had one cylinder full through it...for $335.00... All I could think was "what is wrong with this picture"... Put the cheap one on hold and went back and picked it up today...

...still trying to figure out why it was so cheap...but I am not going to loose any sleep over it... laugh

Congrats on the purchase. I know a lot of people love them, but I can't get over the God awful ugly of them.

It's also the last thing I ever thought you would own. grin

But, damn, it looks like it would tuck away nicely and never be a burden.

I bet the carry weight nearly doubles when you load it.

They are 'ugly' but I love'em. The 22LR LCR is about as good as it gets and it's hard to not like this from the 3 inch version at 20 yards.

The triggers are really very good.

I love how mine shoots. They are ugly; but, they are functional and dependable. I bought one in 38 with CT for my daughter.

I like the looks of that one Steelie has with actual sights on it. Wish they would do that to all of them!

Took all my 9mm revolvers to the range today and did a comparison shoot..just using 115 ball ammo...

Distances were 5, 7 and 13 yards...all double action.

Then shot some old .357 Magnum ammo out of the 60-10 and 66-2 at 7 yards...

Not to hijack the thread, but who owns a 3" 38 Spec LCR? Still contemplating one of these as a light weight kit gun type....

Both have great balance and shootability...if you ever have a chance to buy either, grab them. The 60-10 is my favorite backpacking, canoeing and fishing gun... I can shoot it as well as a the 66 and it is a lot smaller and lighter.
